Blogging for Dollars
On a post by Marc Canter, and subsequent and ongoing conversation, the Head Lemur is pleased to announce Product Blog.
Product Blog will be open to any company in the residential construction
market, as before I got hooked on the internet I spent 25 years as a
carpenter, drywaller, cabinetmaker and remodeler. Just about anything
related to home improvement is fair game, from lumber to paint.
In the computing arena, hardware and software for the Windows platform will
be considered, as my current day job, being a self employed web designer,
computer builder and network designer, deployer and support company, makes
these areas of interest to myself and will help me to help my clients get
more bang for the buck.
I will also review books on the above subjects as well. I will probably do
an Amazon Affiliate link for these.
How rich I will get will be directly related to Marc's efforts in finding
clients. How well this will work will be directly related to how much
traction we get through the blogsphere.
If a company wants to give me money to have a 'dialog' with my 17 readers,
mail the check today. My independence is not in danger, my integrity will
not suffer, as I can accept or reject any or all offers.
Here is the crux of the biscuit, the C O M P A N Y, not an advertising
agency, not a public relations firm, not an affiliate, but a principal.
Mano a Mano.
You, me and my 17 readers.
Here is what you get for your money. You get to post on my blog, without
editorial oversight. You will have the same rights I have, posting,
commenting, responding.
My 17 readers will be able to comment as well without oversight. It will be
up to you to make your case, respond to criticism, point to adulation, and
determine how valuable direct conversation is to you.
The blogging format represents one of the greatest marketing opportunities a
company can invest in. With syndication, pings, trackbacks, and all of the
other viral abilities that blogs have, you also have the ability to directly
speak with your customers.
The blogging format also represents the greatest danger that a company can
engage in. Bloggers as a group are opinionated, independent, motivated, and
can smell bullshit faster than you can type. We can be your greatest
advocates or your worst enemy.
So if you would to participate contact Marc Canter

Hello!
I know I was blogging about a lot of cash advance and payday loans, but I will never be able to stop blogging about it. Whenever I see that some Web site offers other services, I would compare them with the other and, finally, a blog about their benefits. This is the actual way to evaluate any service, too.
